Cenalta Appraisals is a residential appraisal firm based out of Red Deer servicing the Central Alberta Region.  We have now expanded into the Edmonton region.  The Edmonton region is serviced by a local appraiser to that area.

My name is Nathan Lehman and as the owner of Cenalta Appraisals I will personally oversee every report.  I have been appraising real estate for over 15 years and have my CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.  The first three years of my career were based in Edmonton and since then I have been working out of Red Deer.

Cenalta Appraisals has been in business since 2007 in the Central Alberta Region.

We cover all areas between Red Deer to Edmonton and areas approximately 1 hour drive outside of each city.
